Mini faculty development workshop 2023

We conducted a three-hour faculty development workshop at SIGCSE 2022 in March 2023. In this workshop, we overviewed the key PDC concepts and provided examples of how they may naturally be incorporated in early CS classes. We introduced plugged and unplugged curriculum modules that have been successfully integrated into existing CS classes at multiple institutions. We highlighted the upcoming summer training that we organized at UMass. The workshop was attended by twenty-one instructors.
